RETURNS
In the interest of hygiene, our products are despatched to you in a hygienically sealed bag and packed to the highest standard to ensure they arrive in good order.
If you have received a defected or incorrect product in order to be eligible for an exchange or refund the product must have remained in the hygienically sealed bag, and the seal must remain unbroken. Please contact us in the first instance.
All custom made products are non refundable as these products are made to order and bespoke to you. All sales are final.
All sales and limited editions items are non refundable, unless damaged as these are sold at discounted prices.
Returned items must be accompanied by a valid purchase receipt. All items must be returned in their original undamaged packaging, this includes all branded boxes and packing materials.
