Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No you don’t need to create an account to place an order.
By creating an account you can keep an eye on your order, receive discounts and offers and are the first to hear about new products.
Are products priced per pair?
The majority of our ear adornments are priced as a pair, we all have 2 ears right? we found that most of our customers are always asking for a pair. Septum, nose, cartilage and body jewellery are always listed as a single item (1 piece) and there are a few plugs and tunnels which can be purchased as a single piece subject to stock availability.
Why is my size not listed?
We always try our best to offer a wide range of sizes to meet our customer needs, and as new stock arrives high demand sizes often sell out quite quickly.
Some products are not produced in all sizes due to either the material being used or the manufacturers specifications.
If you are interested in a specific product and your size is not available please contact us and we may be able to customise a piece to match your needs.
All sizes listed are the exact measurements given by the manufacturer.
The product I want is out of stock?
We are constantly updating our stock with both new and existing products.
Please let us know which product you are interested in and we will contact you when the item is next in stock.
How do Custom/Pre-Orders work?
This basically gives you more control over the item you want giving you that bespoke piece of jewellery in your favourite colour and style that fits perfectly. Please contact us in the first instance to check stock availability and production timescales.

If you place an order for an in stock item and a custom order:
PLEASE NOTE Your ENTIRE order will be held until we receive all your items.
If you require your other items sooner than your pre-ordered items you will need to PLACE A SEPARATE ORDER.
How do deposits work?
We offer our customers the option of paying a deposit of 50% on all our premier branded pre-order products. Pre-order products can sometimes take 8 weeks + for delivery to us, this is because the majority of these products are handmade, custom made and not readily available with the designer. By paying a deposit allows you to secure your order and gives you some time to prepare for the final payment.
If you have added an additional product to your basket you will be required to pay the in full for this item plus the first instalment of your pre-order item. Please note that your order will not be dispatched until the full and final payment has been made – this will include any other items added to your order. Please ensure that you have fully read the Pre-Order info set out on the product description page.
How do instalment plans work?
This works very similar to our deposit scheme. Our pay by instalment plan offers you the option to pay for a specific item in 2 interest free instalments. This option is only available on selected in-stock products which are of higher value. Click pay deposit and proceed to checkout. You will be asked to make the first payment at check out and the second payment some 28 days after. If you have added an additional product to your basket you will be required to pay the in full for this item plus the first instalment of the other item. Please note that your order will not be dispatched until the full and final payment has been made – this will include any other items added to your order.
Limited /Limited Edition and One of Kind Pieces
Products listed as “limited ” are pieces which are produced in small quantities and rarely re-stocked by our designer brands.
Limited Edition pieces are produced in extremely low quantities and released for a short period of time only.
One of a kind pieces – the words kind of explain it all. These are unique pieces and no one piece is the same as another, these are often just made as one off and will not be reproduced.
All these types of pieces are usually snapped up pretty quickly so if its something you’ve had your eye on bag it while you can.
Are the products sterilised prior to dispatch?
Unless stated on the packaging, all products purchased will require sterilisation by you prior to insertion.

Where do I find Delivery information?
The method of delivery is specified at check-out, however an estimated cost of delivery can be seen in “My Basket” if you simply click on calculate cost ensuring that you enter the delivery country and state where applicable.

Central Europe: 5-15+ days
International: 10-20+ days
EMS Express Post
Central Europe: 5-10 days

A flat rate shipping fee will be applied to the total cost of your order at checkout.

How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking reference according to the type of delivery method being used. Registered and EMS Express post can be tracked using the any of the below links:
For DHL delivery
*Please note that Registered post and EMS can only be tracked up to the point of leaving the country of origin (Cyprus) and cannot be tracked again until it arrives in the destination country. Tracking information for the destination country will only be available if the destination country applies the information to their local postal system.
My order has not arrived yet and it is over the estimated delivery timescale?
Our Shipping times are estimates only, carrier/postal system delays are unfortunately out of our control. We kindly ask; please be patient it will be worth the wait.
I ordered the wrong size what do I do?
