DELIVERY

You will receive shipping confirmation as soon as your order has been received and lovingly prepared by us ready for shipping.
All our products including custom pre-orders are despatched by registered post.

Our estimated delivery times are:

A flat rate shipping fee will be applied to the total cost of your order at checkout.
Local (Republic of Cyprus) & Greece: 3-7 days
Eastern Europe: 5-10 days
Rest of Europe: 7-10
International: 10-15+ days

You will receive a tracking number once your product has been despatched – you can check the progress of your purchase via www.aftership.com

RETURNS

In the interest of hygiene, our products are despatched to you in a hygienically sealed bag and packed to the highest standard to ensure they arrive in good order.

If you have received a defected or incorrect product in order to be eligible for an exchange or refund the product must have remained in the hygienically sealed bag, and the seal must remain unbroken. Please contact us in the first instance.

All custom made products are non refundable as these products are made to order and bespoke to you. All sales are final.

All sales and limited editions items are non refundable, unless damaged as these are sold at discounted prices.

Returned items must be accompanied by a valid purchase receipt. All items must be returned in their original undamaged packaging, this includes all branded boxes and packing materials.

Pre-Orders

Please allow 8-10 weeks for production from receipt of your order

If you are pre-ordering a product for a gift or special occasion we recommend placing the order 3-4 months in advance as we cannot guarantee your item will arrive on time.

Please note that each piece is skilfully handcrafted with love and care and can take a little more time to produce.

Pre-order timescales are not calculated by Rebels Republic, these are set by the manufacturer and are based on how long it takes them to complete our orders.
Timescales vary for each manufacturer but;

We will always try our best to notify you if we encounter any problems with your order.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-order products are custom made and bespoke to you, once the order has been placed with the manufacturer and the production process has commenced, we cannot make any changes. Please ensure you have double checked your specifications prior to placing and order.
Our orders are sent to the manufacturer on a weekly basis. Once an order has been placed with the manufacturer, we cannot stop the item being made nor can we return it to the manufacturer.

If you decide to cancel;
You may cancel your order within 24hrs of placing the order and request an exchange or refund.

Should you decide to cancel your order after the initial 24hr period

You will not be entitled to an exchange or refund.
